what we do

here at random acts of art, we believe that art is meant to be shared: to connect individuals and communities together in appreciation of the beautiful, the strange, the unique.

instead of keeping our art locked away on gallery walls, we let it free to be shared by anyone who is observant enough to look, leaving our mark both digitally and in the form of small, original art pieces hidden in plain sight. we're in your grocery stores, on your subways, in your parks, on your campus. art is everywhere, after all.

while finders-keepers always applies, we encourage you to spread the art whenever you can. give the pieces to a friend, choose a new hiding place, or leave them where they are for somebody else to find.
