in keeping with our firm belief that art is everywhere, the random acts of art project seeks not only to leave our own art out in the world, but also to find the hidden art that is omnipresent in the everyday.

sparrow is a resident of manhattan who is sadly moving onto to a new city come fall. what drew her here was the fact that new york is, above all, vibrancy: a city of lights and sounds, trains and taxis, pigeons and parks. but the lifeblood of any city, this one especially, is the diverse collection of people that call it home. this ongoing series is a candid look into the lives of the everyday people who make this city what it is. here they are, caught at work, at play, in a quiet moment.
